Gone are the days of five inch platforms and heels (hoorah!). A block heel still gives you that confident, lifted feeling, but how much better does it look when you can actually walk in your heels? I generally go for a block heel these days as I’m on my feet for long periods of time should it be for meetings in London, attending local events to generally going out and about (mainly to grab a coffee). Especially during the summer I like to walk more and leave the car at home, so I do like to wear comfortable shoes. Yet it’s nice to add a little height, and by adding an inch or two with shoes, your leg line looks much better due to the flattering length. So with a block heel I know I’m going to be on my feet but don’t feel like sacrificing for comfort. I’m loving how the current Made by Sarenza collection has embraced a good block heel in many styles. What do you think of these leather printed Memphis shoes? Don’t you think they add a put together yet effortless chic feel to this outfit. These playful printed block heels will literally go with anything, you can freshen them up with ripped jeans or sharpen with tailored culottes. Why not add these to a simple monochrome ensemble to make them pop or even wear with clashing prints as a statement piece.
You must have a look at the great selection of block heels on Sarenza‘s website or even check out my previous post about their block heel sandals. Sarenza has quickly become my new favourite shopping destination for shoes and FYI they currently have a sale on! Psst these Memphis shoes has gone from £94 to £66! Talk about a bargain!!
