For those who have been following my London Fashion Week Style Guide and my instagram account, you would have noticed a number of mentions of St Martins Lane. So clearly I had to share about my favourite boutique hotel which is located in the heart of London. I chose St Martins Lane because of many reasons, the location, the stunning decor and the amazing service which I receive during every visit and stay.
St Martins Lane Hotel
Located in the bustling Theatre district in London’s Covent Garden, St Martins Lane is a dramatic and daring evolution on English luxury. This boutique hotel retains all the youthful, unexpected charm of a London hideaway, at the very heart of the energetic West End. St Martins Lane is truly a hidden gem. As you can see the dramatic yet modern lobby is as welcoming as the staff. I would suggest once you’ve settled into your room to enjoy the surrounds which is literally on your doorstep. Beginning with Covent Garden’s market place, you will find lots of luxury and quirky shops, great restaurants including my favourite Laduree, and entertaining street performers. Heading back to St Martins keep an eye out for a hidden entrance to Blind Spot, an innovative cocktail bar, which serves the most delicious drinks. Blind Spot is a golden cocktail sanctuary designed like a modern hunting lodge and inspired by the colours and aromas of exotic tea leaves. Believe me, it’s a great as it sounds!
During your stay, you can also enjoy an invigorating workout at Gymbox Covent Garden, go for a striking new look at Jones & Payne salon. Or head to Asia de Cuba restaurant and the Den, a modern gathering place and decompression zone which are all located within St Martins Lane. Or like myself, enjoy every moment you get in the luxury of St Martins Deluxe Garden Room.
Just steps from Trafalgar Square, St Martins Lane is ideally located for special occasions, weekend breaks, London Fashion Week or even business travel. What do you think of this luxury boutique hotel? Do head over to their website to find out more!
