Accessories are the finishing touches to an outfit – This is something we all know. It’s really fun to add colour, mix tones of metal and layer pieces of jewellery. And it’s surprising how we all have an individual identity by the items we wear, especially our everyday jewellery favourites. I love to dress a look by adding bold accessories but when it comes to my daily dressing, I like to keep the style simple yet elegant. As I get a number of comments regarding my jewellery style on Instagram, I’ve decided to dedicate a post about my everyday jewellery favourites.
As you can see my favourite metal is silver (and platinum – obvs), there’s something so fresh about the illuminating cold tones of this stunning hue. After realising last year that specific colours work better with my skin tone, I swapped my jewellery from gold to silver. The first purchase was an Anna Lou of London Heart P.S I Love You Ring. This ring is my absolute favourite item and has been for years now. I haven’t seen anything like this around and the amount of compliments which I receive continue to grow. The heart is encrusted with sparkling Cubic Zirconias set in Stainless Steel. Matching the tones and sparkle, I always team my heart ring with a diamond cluster ring. This Diamond Essentials Sterling Silver & Pave Round Ring from Links of London is a match made in beauty heaven. This feminine yet eye catching ring combination works with every look. I then have the freedom to add any other ring/jewellery additions on the other hand. With bracelets I like to keep things simple for everyday. This Skinny Pave & Stone Bangle from Adore is a contemporary take on a classic design. This rhodium plated Swarovski crystal bangle features two larger crystal stone accents adding brilliant sparkle to every occasion. I like to wear it solo or even stack it with other bangles or even my watch. And finally my timekeeper, I really enjoy wearing oversized watches especially ones with a mesh strap – I actually own a few in this style (please don’t judge me!). I’ve pictured my Kapten & Son silver mesh watch above but I’m now wearing a new addition, the La Bohème from Cluse. I love how their watches have straps which are changeable. I’ve just added a silver leather strap to my collection and I can’t wait to share it with you soon!
